What started with a small kitchen and a few tables soon became a global sensation, thanks to our iconic soup dumplings — delicately hand-crafted, bursting with savory broth, and made with tradition in every fold. Today, our home at 46 Bowery continues to share that same warmth, flavor, and legacy, inviting every guest to be part of a story that began with one dumpling and a whole lot of heart.
